These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the chauffeur services provided by Prestige Luxury Travel Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or requesting a booking, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our services and how booking works

Prestige Luxury Travel provides luxury chauffeur and car hire services in the United Kingdom on an enquiry and quote basis. Our booking process works as follows:

  • You submit a booking request through our website or by contacting us. A request is an enquiry only — it is not a confirmed booking and does not create a contract.
  • We review your request and provide a quote with the applicable price and details.
  • A booking is confirmed — and a contract formed — only when we confirm it in writing (for example by email) after you accept the quote.

2. Quotes and pricing

  • Any price range or estimate shown on the website is indicative only. The price for your journey is the one set out in the quote we provide and confirm.
  • We do not take payment online. Payment terms (including any deposit) are as set out in your quote or booking confirmation.
  • Quotes are valid for the period stated, or for a reasonable period if none is stated, and may change if your requirements change.

3. Changes, cancellations and refunds

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The terms that apply to changes, cancellations, deposits, and any refunds are those set out in your written quote or booking confirmation. Where you cancel close to the journey date, or fail to attend (a “no-show”), charges may apply as set out in those terms.

4. Your responsibilities

When you book and use our services, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete booking information, including correct dates, times, and locations;
  • ensure the number of passengers and amount of luggage do not exceed the vehicle’s capacity;
  • be ready at the agreed pick-up time; additional waiting time may be chargeable as agreed;
  • behave respectfully and lawfully, and ensure your party does the same;
  • not bring illegal items into the vehicle, and not smoke, vape, or consume prohibited items where not permitted;
  • be responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive soiling caused to the vehicle by you or your party; reasonable cleaning or repair charges may apply.

5. Our service and right to refuse

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. For the safety of our drivers, passengers, and vehicles, we may refuse, shorten, or end a journey where there is abusive or unlawful behaviour, a safety risk, or a breach of these Terms. We may also use a comparable alternative vehicle where the booked vehicle is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, and will let you know if so.

6. Delays and matters outside our control

We aim to be punctual, but we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, breakdowns, or other force majeure events. Where such an event affects your booking, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law (including your statutory rights as a consumer).

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses, and our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the price paid for that booking. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in a vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return lost property.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Prestige Luxury Travel and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission.

10. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and including a link does not imply our endorsement.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force when your booking is confirmed. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
