• Booking & quote requests: your name, email address, phone number, and the journey details you provide — service type, vehicle, pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers, journey type, and any notes or special requirements you add.
• Contact & enquiries: any information you include when you contact us by form, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage & device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you interact with the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics” below). Analytics data is only collected with your consent.

Address look-ups

When you type a pick-up or drop-off location in our booking form, the text you enter is sent to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service to suggest matching addresses. Please avoid typing sensitive personal information into these fields beyond the address itself.

We use your personal information for the following purposes and legal bases:

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To arrange and provide your chauffeur service (including assigning a driver and confirming details) — performance of our contract with you.

• To run, secure, and improve our business and website — our legitimate interests in operating efficiently, preventing fraud, and improving our services.

• Chauffeurs/drivers assigned to your journey receive the details necessary to carry it out (such as your name, contact number, and journey details).
• Trusted service providers (processors) who help us operate, acting on our instructions under contract: our website hosting provider, our database/storage provider (hosted in the UK/EU), our transactional email provider, and our website analytics providers.
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We aim to keep your personal data within the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes above. As a general rule, we retain booking and enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us (longer where law requires, e.g. tax records kept 6 years). We then delete or anonymise it securely.

Our website and booking process are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Where a booking includes young passengers (for example, prom hire), the booking must be made and managed by a responsible adult. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
